I purchased a 1912 Craftsman home and I hired them to renovate the house and make it more contemporary but keep the original features. It turned out amazing! They are professional and finished the job on time. They even took me shopping to look for tile and really went that extra mile! George and his team- Rick and the others, were amazing to work with for our garage conversion to an ADU. They were great at communication - they always kept in touch and not only would let us know if things were happening- plumbing this week, electrical next week, etc., they would also listen to us if we wanted any changes to the plans based on our concerns. Renovations can be stressful (especially one this large to live through) but they made the process easy and straightforward. We received an estimate the first week of June, it was $4000 less than the other two estimates. They scheduled the job on a Thursday three weeks later. The job was estimated to take one week. They finished completely in five days ( including demo and cleanup) and were not over budget one dollar, I wish I had more work for them to do. This is my third house and I have NEVER had a Contractor finish early and within the budget. They pulled all the permits, came to my office for signatures, handled the inspections.
